Nate founded 3XL Sports in 2018 with a clear philosophy: represent a select group of clients and provide them and their families with elite, year-round support. Through personalized, 365-day representation, 3XL Sports helps athletes succeed on and off the field throughout every stage of their NFL careers and beyond.
Nate was a starting Offensive Lineman and team Captain at Boston College, where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Communication and a Masters in Business Administration.
Nate lives in Scituate, MA with his wife and their four children.

Malik Frazier
College Representative
Malik has worked in the collegiate NIL space since 2024 building relationships with collegiate front offices all over the country. He joined the 3XL team in the spring of 2026 after spending 7 years coaching, training and mentoring high school and collegiate athletes.
Malik's philosophy has always been person over performance. He wanted athletes to know he valued and cared about them beyond the athletic field and his relentless effort and grit has helped him shape the lives of many athletes throughout his time in the coaching space. He wants only what is best for them, and has used his prior experience as a collegiate player to help athletes navigate their own careers. In this ever changing landscape of collegiate athletics, Malik believes that transparency and genuine relationships should be the core focus when it comes to guiding the lives of young people.
Malik played and was a Team Captain at Catawba College, where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Malik lives in Fort Myers, FL with his girlfriend and their dog
